Well its not really a lake, but that is what everyone around me calls it. To me its a pond That is pretty big.

But anyway, I was just sitting out on my back porch relaxing and watching nature. Then these geese that have been hanging out off and on for about a month, come land in the pond; So I decided to snap some pics, and share with everyone on here.

It is awesome, really peaceful and nobody bothers me out here. Unless it is dark and then it is another story, I can't get over watching friday the 13th when I was really young, it just stuck with me. haha jk.
 


Figured I would snap some more, as I seen 6 (2 in the air and 4 in the pond today). Also snapped some pics of the back porch, my chill spot.

The pictures don't do it justice. Not that the pics aren't great, but it is an awsome place Steven has. I can't wait for the next mod day.:)
 
Nice Geese... 2 , 4 ,6...Soon you'll have 50 xsomething and bird poop all over your house!! LOL... .. And ummm Does that lake appear to be on the verge of cresting?:th_nervous::th_nervous: I see no slope at the bank. Still it's a NICE place to relax...

Should of shot them, every year they come into my work area and for the next month we have to dodge them on the roads and in the parking lots. There's a couple here that like to purch on top of the 4 story building and when someone walks through the parking lot by it's mate it flys down and dive bombs you. Had one guy chased into the building by a pair. One was chasing him on the ground and the other kept dive bombing him. It was the funniest thing I ever saw.
 
Naw I won't shoot them, they are still here in fact I was watching them swim around as I fed the catfish in the pond. They really are'nt hurting anything out here, but in urban enviroments its a different story.
