ZZP pissed me off for the first time...

so ive been doing a whole meth injected build and getitng a bunch of **** fixed on my car at a shop in new jersey for about the past month and i ordered a bunch of **** from zzp, including my northstar TB with the TAC adapter. turns out they sent me a defective TAC adapter because the car was running like crap and the TPS voltage was all over the place on the scanner. we swapped in another TPS sensor which wasnt the problem and then the TAC adapter from one from my friends GTP's which was the problem.... f u c k you zzp for setting back my build EVEN more as my car sits in NJ. i had to order another, and im having it express mailed to the shop so i can finally get it tuned. ugh. now im gonna have to fight with ZZP to try to get my money back for it but im thinking that aint gonna go too well. one stupid defective part from zzp is setting this whole thing back. not to mention i had to drive 3 hours to the shop and back again to go there yesterday expecting to watch my car on the dyno and go home with it... great!
 


actually... figured out they sent me the wrong ****ing one with my TB when i ordered it. i noticed mine was longer than my friends when we swapped them and it looks like i got the standard one going by the pics on their website. youd think that when you click WITH TAC ADAPTER when ordering a N* THROTTLE BODY they would send you the right one... they better give me a full refund on this cuz thats some bull****

dude that sucks , that's the second time someone has had a problem with this company and there product's that i know of , i wont buy anything from them, there are others out there like 3800 performance and intence racing they have better prices.
 
yup same shiz happened to me couple weeks ago!!! i ordered an aeroforce interceptor was all pumped up that im finally getting it then when i get it open up the box its missing all the extra bezels and the white face, i payed extra for the brushed alum. bezel and its not there WTF, then all installed and turns on for the first time it starts up as a "GXP" i was like WTF again thats not right then it goes to the scan screen and the top lettering isnt there and the top portion of the number wasnt there either i was like :th_shakinghead2: I GOT A USED RETURNED GAUGE was the first thing i thought!!! so right away i sent zzp an email told them all the problems and this is what i got from turbo tim!!


Keep in mind that this is a resale product, we do not manufacture them. If you bought it from Aeroforce your chance of getting that same gauge would have been the same. We also do not accept returns on electrical items, so it was not returned and then sent to you. The “GXP” is a setting in the gauge that you can change to whatever you want.

The ones that we sell only come with 1 face and 1 bezel, but I do see that you did not get the brushed bezel that your order has on it. I can ship you another one free of charge. I am sorry for the inconvenience. The numbers not working, I am not sure on that one, if you could, please contact Aeroforce directly for warranty info. [email protected] There warranty is great.

can u believe that!! i smelled somthing funny, it was BULLSH*T!! then next day i get another email from pamela saying that i can return the gauge and they will send me the bezels free of charge?? so i spent another $32 to have it shipped back to them this is 1 exspensive gauge now!! then a week later i got a new gauge with everything it describes on the aeroforce site.. i was happy that this 1 actually worked right and it was settled rather easily with a few emails!! if u want to get through to someone that might care about your buisiness deal with PAMELA she is great <[email protected]>
 
Well...people tell people not to do business with ZZP...but ya'll still do.

Plus, you'll hate the pedal feel on the Northstar...it sucks.
 


i never had a problem with them before this and ive ordered a ton of parts from them. just sucks because i would have my car back now if it wasnt for that one part
 
dude that aeroforce crap is a joke. Turbo Tim is a bigger joke.

Nowhere on their aeroforce listing does it say its a resale or anything like that. When you buy from their site, that stuff is supposed to be new, unless otherwise noted.

What he said about taking it up with Aeroforce is like going to wal-mart, buying a new TV and saying to take it up with Samsung when you bring it back for being used and defective when you plugged it in.....

thing is, they most likely knew they were selling you a piece of crap

oh no believe me im ****in pissed about it... i was just saying that this is the first time ive had problems with them...

tried to get them to credit me for the new one i had to order but of course they are ****in assholes over there and im not getting my money back for it. its like it was my fault that they sent me a defective product... ugh. blasted the guy on the phone and it got me nowhere so now im out 100 bucks thanks to them... **** zzp last time theyll get any of my business after ive ordered a ton of **** from them not only for this gtp, but even for my last one. unless of course i absolutely have to get it because nobody else makes it but other than that... they can go **** themselves.
