02' GTP supercharger whine

I have a stock 02' GTP with 60k miles. First car I owned with a supercharger so i was kinda disappointing there is no audible whine even with full boost. Is it suppose to be like that stock? The only thing I did to it so far was a little in the exhaust, 2.5 inch stainless steel pipes and flowmaster original 40 series mufflers and stock tips. I drove it for almost 1 year with no whining at all and one day I stepped on the gas pretty hard, the supercharger whined pretty loudly and I dont even think I was at full boost but I can't get it whine anymore. I would really like it so that it would always whine loud when stepping on it hard. Any help appreciated thanx =]


*edit* yes i am terribly stupid when it comes to cars -_- i apologize ahead of time for that haha. also does anyone how many lbs. GTP stock supercharger is at, i have heard "guesses" between 5-10lbs

if you wanna hear the whine put a cold air/hot air intake on it

and if you want more whine you can do pulley drops BUT there are mods that have to be done in order to change pulleys
 
you can make one for around 50-70 bucks or theres intenseracing.com and zzperformance and other performance parts places all sell them
 


what about that random loud whine I got one time? Is something wrong with my supercharger, because for the most part its pretty quiet.
