I'm just curious to see how long most folks have been able to run a smaller pulley on their GP's.

Thanks!

I think some will say they've been running a smaller pulley for so many engines or transmissions:th_winking:

I had mine on for a long time...granted I didn't have pulley issues I had PCM issues. A properly tuned car will run like a raped ape for a long time. Keep that in mind too...be sure to also get colder plugs when you put that pulley on if your sig is still current.

Yeah, what all supporting mods do you have for that 3.4, because I don't really see any in your sig. And does that catback include a DP, or no??

i had a smaller pulley on my car for a long time. i never had a stock pulley on my car when i was blown, to tell you the truth.

I'm putting on a plog tonight actually and have a 3" ZZP catted DP that will be going on next. Then I'm getting a custom DHP tune, and then the pulley.

I thought the 605's were colder (1 range colder).....

I bought my car new in 2000.
3.4 pulley went on around 2002.
2.8 pulley went on around 2006.
Turbo went on in 2008.

The block is still completely stock, and the only thing that has been replaced is the timing chain. Approaching 170,000 miles.

605's are just a smig cooler than 606's not much. 104's are for 3.4" setups...sooo...just get those.

I've run a 3.25 or smaller (3.0-2.8) the last 5 years....original motor until a couple of months ago.

Speaking of original motor...looks like someone needs to update their sig :th_jester:
