Exhaust Question

Currently have 2 Magnaflow mufflers installed on my car with the rest of the exhaust stock and its real quiet. Im looking for a cheap way to make the exahust louder and was thinking of putting a glasspack instead of the resonator. I dont mind if this causes the exhaust to be louder in the car. What size glasspack would I need or is there a better alternative?

no res or remove your tips i had magnaflows no res and no tips and it was loud then with res still loud but not to loud now with tips quiet
 


He says clearly he didn't have one at all. Just put a Cherry bomb in there and be done...cheap and effective...or take out the cat.

Removing the Cat is not a option as I have emmisions testing and dont want the CEL light to come on. Glasspack it is.

yeah, just get a big glasspack in place of the res. They sound absolutely horrible without a resonator or glasspack. Gives new meaning to the term "fart-can"

Been doing some more reading on this forum and the plan is the glasspack resonator and also a 3" Downpipe with Magnaflow High Flow Cat and if I get a code I also gonna get a Overkill tune pcm.:th_thumbsup-wink:
