they are. i have one guy, ill try to get a pic, that covered the grill on his silverado with blindspot mirrors, has 50 buick eyes (25 on both side), two hood scoops, random chrome letters stuck on the hood, and 3 fake shark fin antennaes on the hood. no im not lying, will get pics asap

Oh hey... saw one like that (didn't have the body kit or rims yet) at York College of PA with a handicapped tag and leopard seat covers. Saw a chick driving it, so.... at least it's a girl. But I'm surprised I haven't seen it around ever - I only live a short bit outside of Norristown.

I dont think that honda is a ricey as the grey mustang in the back ground with like 22 inch rims lol
 


i saw a TA driving down the street the other day with 7 different body parts on it, they must be rebuilding it and driving at the same time, but the hood, fenders, bumper, doors etc .. all from diff cars.
