Shouldn't, I'm on my droid now and I just type in obd all lowercase and like 5 apps come up. What version of android are you running? I'm on the droid with the 2.1 update.

I have a HTC Eris with browser version 3.1 and firmware version 1.5. Shouldn't it show up in the market but tell me my version won't support it? I would love to get this working. If they add KR, I won't need the aeroforce I was going to buy.
 


aDyno in the android market is kind of like the G-Tech.... I have HPTuners so it getx the job done for other stuff haha
 
well I searched Market and couldn't find Torque or anything under OBD .... so I don't know were it is hiding, lol, did find a program call aDyno though which I need to test yet but uses the Sensors and stuff on the G1 to get Dyno results ... curious to see how well it works

That's really wierd. Maybe it's not compatible with 1.5? Let me know how the dyno app works I saw that too.

I still couldn't find the app as well. I think it has to do with the firmware as I am on 1.5 as well. What carrier to you have bwolf? I am on sprint and can't get the 2.1 update. BTW Did you root your phone for the 2.1 update?

Anyway that you can pull the app of of your phone and email me the app?

I'm on verizon. No I didn't have to root it, 2.1 update got sent to anyone using the droid. I think droid eris may have gotten it as well. I might be able to find you the app, PM me later tonight with your email.
 
I'll check on the android 1.5 thing. But the guys that can already find the app..cmon, think about the time that he must have put into this and spend the $1 on the full version please. Working on adding KR option.

anyone know which version is better? for the iphone or the android? i have access to both.. and i know which connector to get for the android, is it the same for the iphone?
 
As long as you have 2.0 or later I'd go android for the scanner. Torque works awesome and we're very close to having KR and air/fuel ratio available. The dyno apps I don't think it matters, they're all the same.
