VS Cam/IC or 1.9s/Meth?

Used VS cam with 15k on it, used 1.9s with 40k on them, both 200 shipped. I can grab one of mini's phonelic SSIC cores for $225 I think it was. I just need to get everything else (pump, fmhe, etc). OR I can go with the 1.9 rockers and a meth injection kit. Rockers/meth will be 10000x easier to install. Opinions?

Your going to have more fun with the VS cam. Rockers and IC might be fun, but your going to be looking for something more after a few months.

I would not go with a ssic tho. Either full size or meth instead.

So meth would be better than a shortstack?
Well I guess it's gonna come down to if I find a fullsize or get meth then. If I get an IC it'll be the cam since all the **** will be torn apart anyway. Meth injection I'll do 1.9s. Maybe 1.95 if I can find a used set since I'm getting LS6 springs anyway.

Having the LIM off is a long way from having everything apart to do a cam.
 
Meth is not gonna be as good as a intercooler, just letting you know.

FoSho: If you saw the size of my front mount, you wouldnt need meth either :)

is that a serious question? youre introducing a foriegn substance into the motor and assuming that it'll run peachy keen without even messing with any of the tables in the PCM? oh boy.

This. And sandman I haven't bought them yet, deciding on which to buy.
 
there have been some to take meth further than an intercooler. but it takes LOTS of tuning to get there. an intercooler would be easier to put on, do minimal tuning and get the most out of it.

Really? I thought meth was alot easier to install?
