aha yeah a bit weird because of the condensation getting to it. So i decided to extend the life of it before i bought new ones. And yea... headers and DP are on the way...lol

looks pretty good. i didnt know rustoleum made tint. i think im the only person that thinks the stock tips look better dirty/unpolished cause they kinda look black.

Thanks. Yea I was trying to see how the tips came out with the stealth look I am trying accomplish.
Still have some dual Hooker Chrome tips I might put on if I get tired of stock...

O Reilly's carries the VHT nightshades paint. Autozone hasn't been able to order it even, for over a year.

This is an autozone product.

yeah O Reillys had to order. so i just went down the block to check AutoZone and they had this so i figured i try it...

i used the same tint spray a couple months ago, it works just as good IMO, with proper prep and clearcoat it looks AMAZING. put a few coats of clear on and it should look alot better. :th_thumbsup-wink:

i love the stock black tip with polished lip, i think thats the best look for these cars, a nice balance of looking good while remaining low key

Thanks man yea I wanted to keep it stealth mode and glad I did.

How did you get your tails off? I;ve been thinking of doing the same thing, but it looks like mine are welded on? If I take them off, would I have to weld them back on?
