Corroded axle nut

Took off my wheel and found that my axle nut is completely corroded and f'd up. Axle socket won't even really fit on it let alone allow me to get it off. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get this nut off.
 


Clean it up with a wire brush or some emery cloth and soak it in AeroKroil. PB blaster works ok too, but Kroil is better if you can find it.
 
Was doing a cv shaft. Heated it up with a cutting torch and then pounded a impact socket on it. Finally broke free.
