lol at the fine.... how he gonna pay it servin life in prison? its like a big F*ck u from the feds with the fine on top of life in prison.
 
"maximum penalty of life imprisonment and a $2.5 million fine."
which means he hasn't been prosecuted, and i'm sure there's always the possibility of being paroled. but usually third-time felons don't have a chance.

my man not only lost thousands in product, he lost his piece, his whip, some bread, and basically his life all in one night. needless to say, that 373g of coke is gonna get cut to a half ki and redistributed by the feds.

hes been prosecuted and found guilty, sentencing at a later date.
 


my bad sentencing was what i meant. i wonder if he got flicked in the ride or if they searched his house? either way imagine your heart dropping being in his shoes
 
well knowing how cops and "sled" (state law enforcement division) work around here they prob watched and waited got his who his contacts were and busted him when re-upped. more than likely there will or have been alot more busts due to this one. this dude took it all the way through trial... he will get max for makin feds spend money on a jury trial.

People are stupid. When you've been busted before and the Judge tells you what will happen if you're caught again, then you get caught AGAIN... And you act surprised at the punishment. Did you think the Judge was kidding??? You should have saw the person's face when I took their 20 lbs (that's pounds) of marijuana. And they acted surprised!!! Idiots!!!
