Lowering Springs

So I have a Gray 2008 Grand Prix(Non GTP/Non GT), just sedan.. I tinted the windows and now I want to put rims on it.. I thought about 20's but they don't solve the gap problem and 22's are just rediculous.. After seeing milestone's GP with SSC springs and 18x9's wrapped in 265/30/18 i've decided that I'm going to lower it and go with 18's. Black rims wrapped in 265/35/18 because I cant' find 30's and I haven't decided on a rim yet.. But heres my question... Do I need to replace anything else to change up to ssc springs?? How is the ride.... Is it rougher??? This is a family car and I have a baby on the way so I don't want it to be rough.. So what are some good lowering springs??? Any advice helps - Thanks.

shorter dogbones is a really good idea. that will put the axels back in line so you wont have as many problems with them in the future

What's a good site where I can purchase dogbones/ssc springs.. And what struts do you recommend for a smooth ride with the ssc springs?

zzperformance.com has the ssc springs, struts, shorter dog bones, everything your looking for. As far as struts go, read bios thread ( the link that was posted) it goes over basically everything you need to know.

KYB AGX adjustable struts
2004+ Grand Prix can use the rear struts but not the fronts

What struts should I use on the front??? 2008 GP SE(Non GTP or GT)
