Guys and Gals:

Just a quick post to say many thanks to all of you who shared posts and continue to make this forum a valuable place for Pontiac owners.

After a a little less than a year of ownership, I have found a new home for my 07 GP at Sunnyside Nissan in Mentor, Ohio. In turn, I relieved them of a very well kept 2004 Flame Red Hemi Dodge Durango with 52k they had had on their lot too long, and found it a home in my garage.

While I found the GP with its 3.8 SC motor to be a blast to drive, I missed the room and hauling ability of my previous Durango, and just happened to come upon one that was priced right and in great shape.

Catch you down the road now and then. Travel safely.

hey man, you get the car you want and thats all that matters. thanks for being a part of the forums and hope you look into another GP down the road

Good luck with your durango I used to like those ive seen some beastly ones
Including one that had a chevy ls swap in it

Hmmm...should have got a better SUV...that year those things have had issues out the ass...but...you like it so thats what matters

Guys:

Many thanks for the support and positive comments. Not quite a month into Durango #2 ownership, I know I made the right decision.

I did enjoy the GP, but that was an expensive year of ownership.....LOL

Anyway, they have my GP listed on Autotrader for $13.7k. It turned over 36k on the 280 mile trip to make the swap.

I will stay connected here in a distant fashion, and stop by now and then to say howdy and see what everyone is up to.

Safe motoring and great driving experiences to all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don
