210 HP was the actual output for the N/A 3.8L motor according to Engineering. The Sales Department wanted 200 HP so that's what went in all the advertising.
Sort of like how the '87 Buick Regal GNX was rated at 245 HP but waxed cars having 300 HP. Hmmmm...
