have 2 parts cars, what should I hang on to before they go?

I drive a 99 gt 4dr and purchased a 97 gt 2 door a while back for the trans. In the meantime, I decided to do a s/c swap and bought a 99 gtp 2 dr as a donor car. I want to just take all parts off that would be worth anything to me or someone else, and just get rid of the rest of them. What's worth stripping off? The 97 has new coils and wires, are they the same as the s/c engine? I was planning on keeping some of the interior parts, as well as the good body panels. I might aswell take all of the fuses and light bulbs out. Think of anything else? Thanks guys.

save the power window switch and maybe help me out if I can't find one at the junk yard? lol but nah really thats a quick and easy grab to hold on to. I think mine has went out or needs to be cleaned and was told they are 80 bucks new.
