• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! The apartments I live in are getting new shingles well they have done one side of the building and even though it wasent my side they still asked me to move my car away from the building just to be safe. Well due to all the snow we had got they havent finished my side! Well yesterday I had to go pay some bills and when I came home I noticed they was on the roof. Two of the workers waved at me and asked me how I was doing! I noticed the other workers was at the other end. So I was assuming since no one said HEY MOVE YOUR CAR that they wasent going to be working near it! BOY WAS I WRONG! My cousin comes up to my apartment and is like ummm Jess...have you seen your car?! I said, "Umm no? Why whats wrong with my car?". He said, "That roofing paper is ALL over your car" Of course I thought he was just messing with me and im like whatever! And he kept saying im not lying come look! So I looked...and OMG! My car was no longer silver it was BLACK! I went downstairs to look and I took some of it off of my car to find pretty scratches ALL over my hoof,roof, and trunk! I was soooo freaking pissed off! I took pictures of it all and called my aunt cause she owns the apartments I live in. She gave me the name of the guy but I couldn't get ahold of him. So this morning when I took my daughter to school I parked on the other side and waited for them to get here. Well they showed up...Its 3 guys and 1 girl. So I walked out and was like so who is in charge here?! And they all looked at each other like I wasent talking in english! I was like umm WELL?!?! So one guy was like well I kinda am..and I said well I just need to know who I need to sue to get my car re-painted! He was just like umm well not me! So they called there boss and he showed up..he told me that its not his fault!!!! The reason he says its not his fault is because the wind was blowing and he can't control the wind and he is so sorry it blew on my car! Well of course that wasent good enough! I was like okay you ever heard of a trash can?! Or a tarp to put over it?!?! So I don't know what im going to do. I did contact my laywer and he said its a no brainer the guy has to pay for it. I know my car is going to have to be re-painted because my boyfriend is a body guy and he looked at it yesterday when he got home from work and some can be buffed out but there is ALOT that are down to the metal. They are very fine but deep scratches! Im just so pissed! I so bad wanna go push there ladder down and be like Oooops the wind is blowing! Good luck getting down!!! GRRRRRRRR
 


You better get some est asap and file a police report. Call your insurance company and have them come out and take there own pix asap. Then tell the owner and tell him you are going to take him to court if he does not take care of your car right away. Dont wait for this and that be very persistant(spelling?).

Ya already did all that yesterday. Insurance guy is coming out today. He told me try not to drive my car unles I have to. So once he gets his pictures im going to take it to three bodyshops. I hope when the insurance guy comes out the guy roofing will see and be like o wow she is serious! I even showed him the pictures and he walked over to my car and was like well im sorry...Im like umm SORRY is not going to fix that!
 


eww noooo...Im just going to get it painted the org. color. I don't want nothing different im planning on not having this car much longer!

The paint & body work
lost Wages (since you can't drive your car while its getting worked on)
Hassle of going through all of this.

nooooo...I just joined when I had my car now. I had my 05GTP back in 05-06 then the Cobalt SS from 06-07. Actually the prix now is the only car I have kept longer then a year! So see im doing good!
 
Lol. Ive had 3 cars in less than a year.

1. 95 Saturn SC2... UGLY greenblue color. Hideous, but it was FUN to drive. Drove for... well, not long. Spun a rod, used it as a down payment for...

2. 2000 Saturn SC1. Sucked. Different gearing sjut amde it no fun at all, even though it sipped gas. Totalled in October last year when a girl ran across the highway in a four door chevy, and my little Saturn didnt have ABS or Traction control or ANYHTIGN so I had time to slam on the brakes and slide into her drivers door post. this put me out of work for 3 months, and then I used my dads jeep to go abck to work to get enough for the down for...

3. 04 Grand Prix GT, all in my name and everythign.

I also totalled my dads F150 by rolling it twice down a gravel hill. Swerved to avoid a dog (my enighbors dog, actually) and overcorrected. We then got the jeep grand cherokee Laredo, and I lsot the keys to it at a football game. While saving the money for the new keys and the new program for them, I used my grandmas PT Cruiser and got sideswiped by a toyota celica.

Ive had me license for 2 years-ish. 4 speeding tickets, 1 for 18 over, 1 for 15 over, 1 for 11 over, and one for 5 over. Plus a couple seatbelt infractions and warnings.

I think Ive got the worst record here so far. :)

Ya..My worse year was 06...I had 5 all 03+. But like I said I have been doing ALOT better! And update on everything im going today to some body shops to see what they say. I really don't want to have my car re-painted...im praying they can just be buffed out!
