today I put on F-body brakes and changed my stock 606 plugs to AL104's...
and guess what, yep check engine light :( :( :(

I know someone needs to check the code but I think maybe it might be the AL104s that set off the engine light. any else with input?

If you're stock you should be running the 605's regardless.

so true. when I bought them, I planned on having more mods on my car than just a FWI, still had the 104's lying around. figured it wouldn't hurt anything. car runs fine/normal.

I think I'll take the first posters advice and have autozone scan it for me.. and double check my O2 sensor in the rear near the plugs, make sure thats intact.

You're supposed to run the hottest plug you can get away with, and since you're stock, a 605 fits the bill.

You might have issues with them fouling etc.

light went off, came back on and now has went back off again, past 3 hours of driving time, no SES light.

car seems to be running beatifully on AL104's...no issues now that the SES light has went away.
