Need a tune in Chicago Area

Hello,
I am new to this forum and so far love it. Been a long time GP owner. Have a 05 GXP and a 02 GTP DD. I drive 100milex aday and I am going to be modding m 02 gtp this month.
CAI, Headers, Lifters, 1.9 Rockers, l76 Valve Springs, wires, 104's, 180 Tstap, and maybe a gen 5(if its in the budget).
Anyway I also want a new PCM to tune and someone to tune it. Any recomendations for a pcm and a tuner in the chicagoland area? Let me know.

Thanks.

FastKatt is your guy - hes in Rockford. From what Ive heard does marvelous tunes. Im going to get one from him in the spring.

Awesome, Thanks. What pcm would you recommend? I have been looking people say zzp sucks, Overkill has poor cust. service, I have seen DHP ones for like 60 bucks used. Any thoughts.

Thanks MiriV!

As for buying a PCM, it's not a bad idea to get one from a boneyard.
Not that it happens alot, but you can brick a PCM...

As for what you're looking for...
ZZP, DHP, Intense, Overkill PCMs are "box tunes"
You buy a tune that they have tested on 100s of GPs
You're getting basic changes that are well within a safe zone
You stand a chance of having KR and other issues without scan data to back-up the changes.
Every car is different, with a custom tune, you have scans to back-up changes made.
I would say the "box tunes" are just too basic, so people think they suck.
They just don't meet peoples expectations...

While you're spending on mods, look into a AeroForce Scan Gauge.
