VIDEO!!! on the way home after install.![]()
I need to put 500 miles on it before having fun with it :th_winking:
yea...but give us a video soon! im plannin on getting mine soon as i can make 2500 bucks for it
make sure you set aside another 1,500 for install
they called me today, right axle is no good, its a brand new cardone rebuilt. He did say the trans was shifting real nice, before the clunk, clunk, clunk, from the bad axle, now its going to take longer and cost more :th_crying1:
WTF is up with that shiZ???
Mine got the piss beat out of it and it still works.
idk man im feeling like it aint gonna last... but hey. well see i guess. i dont really beat on the car alot, and im planning on doing a full fluid flush soon, with royal purple ATF. and maybe installing a trans cooler soon to try to keep the thing around as long as possible lol. gotta try to to take care of it
the trans cooler helps me in the winter, i have the "desert fox" cooler from 3800performance, its a nice kit, comes with a B&M core, nice heavy duty rubber hoses, and A/N fittings. In the winter though, it takes forever for it to warm up for t/c lockup. This time of year, you can do without it, since its so cold out.
Trans flushes are iffy.
Just drop the pan, put in a new filter...and refill with Dexron VI
