Needs A Turbo
hey guys i just put in a alpine HU in my fiances car and i noticed you can't display the clock with it off.....am i missing something or are all alpine HU's like this?
 


I have the 9886 unit and can't do it either. I have a post on here somewhere asking the same question and as far as I know it is not possible. I pretty much always have the HU turned on but I agree that it is still an annoying issue!
 
The clock feature when off is no longer available on the newer alpine headunits. I don't know why they decided to get rid of it.

To save you money perhaps?

Your electricity bill might shrink a little if you turned your computer off when not using it.

And alpines are the best yet lack the clock while off feature?:th_laugh-pointup:
