Intake questions

Merry Christmas all. This is my first post on this site. My question concerns the upper intake replacement. I own an 01 GT with approx 130K miles. I am considering purchasing the intake from NAPA and doing the lower gaskets as well. It is my understanding that the preferred lower gaskets should be of a metalic variety. I also need the torque sequence for both the upper and lower. Any opinions/suggestions? Thanks
