I have a 1998 GTP on a cold start it idle just right until it warms up then the rpms jump up and down maybe 200rpms i have checked for vacuum leaks. And there is none so what else could it be? It has a N* on it with a ported blower and a FWI. It has been doing this before I ever put mods on it.
 


there are a few things that can cause that, a bad plug or wire, a failing coil, failing module, internal engine wear (blowby, and the like) without testing ever single component it will be tough to narrow down
 
No offense, but find the prob first, cause If you add the cam and it gets worse or causes something else to go wrong, you may be further up a creek than when you started

Edit, do you have a tuned pcm, it may be required for the mods you have already
 


does your tach act normal?


also could check the IAC on the TB. (clean w along with the rest of the TB)
