Because this morning I woke up and had 2 cut tires, a nice key mark and eggs all over my car. Nothing like getting to spend $200 because some punks want to be funny.


Edit-the $200 was just for the tires. I don't know what it will cost to get the keyed spot fixed.

I can never seem to get that lucky and have someone try that on me. :(
 
Yeah I want to find the creeps that did this. They must of used a pocket knife because there were about 4 cuts in each tire. The keyed spot looks like they probably used a knife too

Yeah I know that. It would be nice if I did though. We called the cops to have them come out and take a look just incase something came up. But like I already knew, and they told me, odds are we will never figure out who did it.
 
Shyt happens, it sucks. Wasnt halloween, but my car someone decided to put a nice key graphic the entire length of my car on the drivers side. I stopped caring about the paint job long ago.
 
1 word, GARAGE! After i've had my window knocked out, door handle pryed off, stereos jacked, locks punched, etc. And i live in the freakin boonies! So now i don't live anywhere that i dont have a garage.

The crappy thing is, I have a garage. We just built a new shed and we have to do some gravel work to the driveway to get in. We had a bunch of piles of gravel dumped right in front of the doors so I couldn't pull in.

you havent learned to turn off your system long before you get to your house? like 2 or 3 miles? my friends had this happen...then i said turn that crap off before you get close to home but you are still screwed in case they follow your car...

I new some guys who would jack people system..they would leave a card that said "Thanks for advertising" Because most the stuff they jacked it said KENWOOD or JL Audio on there car. But they both got caught and did jail time!!

actually most of the time my cars got spotted and followed from the shop i work at. One time it was my 3rd cousin who did it. Oh great family i have lol

That is one thing I have never understood, why would you advertise that you have a nice system in your car? If there was a car with nothing on it, odds are you would never know what they have in it. If you see a car that says KENWOOD, then you know thats what in there. I guess that is why people do it though, they want people to know what they have and that they spent money on it.

Exactly, though..... it's not always a bad thing to 'advertise'. Take me for example..

I have a stealth reflective stripe down the very bottom of the doors that you cannot see until light hits it, I have 'K9' in reflective red on the rear door advertising that I have a German Shepherd there. I also have a reflective Security Forces badge on the back, right next to a Blackwater logo oval.


Don't... really have anyone trying much of anything.
 
If your car's sound system is a bother to people outside the car, either roll up your windows or you didn't install your system correctly.

105 dB without bass and 120 dB with bass in the drivers seat and maybe 85 outside? Typically a lot less.
 
yea, but in most cases you see wheels, lowered, etc. on a car you just figure its got a decent stereo in it if they have money everywhere else. As far as putting brand names on, you better have a damn good security system and a garage if your that dumb
