what do you you think sounds better corsa, borla or slp?
i had slp on my car and i liked it but i get to buy a new exhaust cuz i got rear ended last week and now im looking at corsa, borla or slp again what do you think is better sounding?

Nope...when they switched from the LT1 to the LS1 in '98 they swapped in the 3800 for the 3400 IIRC. Plus...that thing is dualed...RWD...probably long tube Pacesetters...one of those things you get with RWD as FWD 3800's sound like crap.
 
I would say this..

Borla: For sound
Magnaflow polished mufflers: For looks
Summit turbo mufflers: Soundgood, For budget (which i dont think your on)

I also heard a GTP on youtube with "force mufflers". Perhaps flowmasters? It sounds absolutley amazing and much better than any listed above. Not sure where to get ahold of them or which ones he used though.

i have had my car straight piped for a while since i was waiting to get some mufflers. but i getting a free exhaust cuz for them to replace the stock one is more than most aftermarket ones.

My bad... I didn't realize the car was a 98 and up, I thought it was a pre 98 with the recessed headlights.

I say you get borla.

The idle and low rev sounds good. When he revs it right up it sounds like **** because its to raspy which would be because of no resonator. He was asking about mufflers. :th_biggrin2:

Disregarding the horrible top gun music... That car was designed 40 years after the Camaro. The lug nuts (1 per wheel I might add) are threaded differently on each side so they cannot loosen due to being driven in the forward direction. THAT is how much attention to detail there is in that car. :th_wtf:

Audio quality is pretty ****, but not the most impressive either.

This is pretty much how you should decide, listen to the different systems and make up your mind on what you want.
