New core

Just a sneak peak at the new core, router died so this is all i have for now. Notice the inlet/outlet towards the passenger (tb) side this time. Also note smaller core, same as zzp's and wbodystore.

I have made these for a while now, this thread was intended to show that i have switched the design of the core and use a different heater core all together than the original one. Check out the old design here:
