The new bolts I got are comp cam bolts with an allen or socket bit head do i torque these the same as the stock bolts and should I use a flat washer?Does any one have this type of bolt on their engine?
 


ZZP say's I should torque them to 23 Ft. Lbs. do you think that the is the equivalent to
11 Ft.Lbs. + 90 degrees (1/4 turn).And do you know what size allen bit socket you used?

Use the specs ZZP provided. The stock specs are for a torque to yield bolt that stretches as you tighten. The Comp Cams bolts are not torque to yield (they're reusable) and have different torque specs.
