Why do people think because one person is bad/nasty that the next will be?!!?!?!?! I found a 4bd 3bath house 2200sqft! 2car garage fenced in yard SOOOOOO pretty!!! All hard wood floors only a year old and it was to rent the rent was only 750 and IMO not bad at all!!! I got approved for the home and everything.... But because her last renter had a HUGE dog and let it **** every where and eat the corners of the wall I cant have our new puppy!!! I was like BULLCRAP!!!! I even offered to pay more a month for the dog and a extra 250 pet deposit!!!! :th_tongue2::th_tongue2:
 


Noooo!!! lmao I just bought her!!!! You sound like my dad...lol he said "If you want the house that bad you will". And I do...but I don't think its right she should atleast give me a chance..I mean whats the worse that could happen she gets extra money a month and keeps over 700 in deposits
 
i got rid of a dog once just for this reason, i didnt want too... but i had to get out of the hood. They jacked my 5.0 from me....
 
see if they will do random spot checks on the house to make sure your puppy isnt tearing the house up. but yeah that suck tho.
 


cant be mad at them, they are just trying to protect their investment. If owned a house i was renting id say no pets too. Even with the 700 in deposits, thats not gonna go very far for home repairs.

AHHH no!!! LOL And yes I asked her to come in anytime she would like to check the house and she said well she would have to think about it! I mean I don't smoke and IMO I would rather have dog hair that can be cleaned up then a smoke smell!!! And the dog is short hair and wont shed! And I have had her over a week now and she has not chewed on anything but her toys. The lady actually called me back and said her and her husband was going to think about it for me not to jump into something right now..Soooo I guess she kinda seen I would be a good renter!! And ya my aunt and uncle owns rental properties and I help them clean and yes I will agree dogs can do so MAJOR damage! But in all honesty its the owners fault to! If they see the dog doing it they need to get on to it..and also you don't need to leave the dog alone in the home for long periods of time! But Im praying she calls me tomorrow!!!
