i'll join. chicagogarage.org is ok, but they are not my kind of crowd. i feel like an outsider when i go to their meet.

It's all forum hype. 95% of them are real cool in person. That's where all of the old ILGPC forum posts and stuff is now.

The 3800 section isn't bad. Better than here IMO
 


I think it's a sweet idea. Between the guys from here, clubgp, gpona, and thechicagogarage, you'd have a pretty good site goin.

just introduce yourself... we are all plenty cool... plenty of people on here, as well as on there, and on cgp, will vouch for that...

give us a chance at least... everyone over there is really legit in person... and its a pretty big local 3800 following... along with a very large base of 3800 specialists... not to mention you've met me in person....

i joined ilgpc back in 2005, but ever since it merged with the chicago garage everything kinda different. most of the older members are gone and the newer younger crowd are filling in. the 3800 cars seem to be dying out at that club that's why i spend more time here than there. i give mook props for setting up track and dyno day at the chicago garage tho.
