What happened to TDC Racing???



that address is weird too zillow says its a empty field conected to some sort bussiness looking building and yahoo maps lists it on the wrong side of the street


But im guessing the adress is a gfs or something along those line I dont know just all seems weird to me

looks like a daughter.. honestly if my kid (which i dont have) died, i would say f*ck everything and be devastated..

too much stuff adds up suspect, but still uncool if it was.

If his paypal account is cleared out, and attached to a bank account that was also cleaned out... that's fraud. Interstate Fraud. Paypal may say you are just screwed, but you are not. There are such things as Lawyers, civil suits. I don't think there enough victims here for a class-action, but an single attorney can take on a case for a group of people. One person can ripped off on E-Bay. For dozens to take it in the shorts without doing anymore then whining, well that's on you guys.

Thats kinda why I started the list, to get a feel how many people were affected and also in case he got his bearings back he could come back on here and get things squared away with that list. I wanted to give him some time though and I didn't want him to be exploited like he has in the last couple pages, but you can't stop everybody and this is starting to piss people off.
 
Like i said If im wrong Im truely sorry but at the same time Its all very suspicious

Im on the side of the consumer on this...
And in all honesty if my kids passed away After a bit of grieving I would be in touch with my bussiness even if to say be back in a month sorry ect

I hope he is telling the truth...but who actually knows if there was a death in the family? Or, is he making up the deaths as an excuse to buy time? I dont know...I just hope that it gets cleared up soon

That is the same reason I did and I hope people will quickly dispute their paypal transactions to protect their money. He can still show up and set this right if he wants to. "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst" is how I look at it. But I'm having a hard time convincing myself anymore that he has a legit reason to not come on here and post at least one message to us.

But this cannot go on for much longer especially when we have no evidence that there was an actual death or any updates as to where he might be. This leaves us with really no choice unless we are proven otherwise very soon.

For those filing paypal disputes:
Some things to keep in mind about paypal disputes. You guys have only 45 days after the transaction to open a dispute or you will not ever be able to. Some of you ordered FWIs early in August, so keep that limit in mind. Once you have opened a dispute you have 20 days to escalate it to a claim or else it will be closed permanently.

A death in the family is a painful thing most people give the person grieving space and allow them to act selfish or allow them to ignore there normal life
Thats why its a good excuse and its kinda hard to prove otherwise unless you really know the family

Multiple deaths due happen though when i was in army basic training i had 4 family members pass

But in this case im thinking scam

I agree....I know he was doing this to "help" the members out. He then got a website...didn't really have the site for THAT long. Also...most work place will only let you miss 3-7 days for a loss in the family unless you take PTO. But if your going to run a business you need to have a back up plan so if stuff like this happens. My family owns over 3 business that are worth well over millions of dollars. And my uncles BEST friend killed himself...THEY took time off but they had people under them to run there business. Like I have said many of times before my prayers are with him and his family. But if my money was involved I would be VERY upset too. Also another factor some of you guys waiting on parts might wanna throw in is that Monday they didn't run due to the holiday. But again if it was my money I would open a claim up ASAP. If he isn't trying to run away with the money then he would understand why you guys did what yall did...Also another thing I think is kinda messed up..He was "bashin" mini for making that one guy wait 40+days for a part...but here TDC has over 20 people waiting...atleast Mini did own up and say HEY ITS TO MUCH WORK!! And for the people who said he told them he had a family death...you might wanna let him know whats going on...maybe give him a heads up. Again...I hope we are ALL wrong and he does show up with products or money.
 
how long was he a member here?? Looked like he had set up a nice shop there. The part I bought was used, and he had pics on the sale site, which he mysteriously deleted after the sale??? Still hoping but filed claim to protect my money, I listed reason as being evidence of fraud, as 20 people are involved....
