Well if your looking a stage 3 then your going to get a pretty rough idle. Light baby idle is the VS...then the S1X, XP, S2X...

I ran a XP daily for over a year and had no issues.
 
yes. xp is a stock heads cam, but if youre looking at that cam i would go with an s1x instead. much better cam for proven power. this would be the cam i would choose for stock heads.

although im a firm believer that a cam on stock heads is pretty useless, so yeah..
 
alright. and one more thing im planing on building an engine with the cam and i was wondering should i get the n/a engine and build that or get the supercharger one?
 


yes. knock is knock. you can blow away an l67 just as easy as an l36. if its not knocking then youll be fine, you just have to be aware that with the higher compression youre more prone to knocking on less boost.
 
GT pistons are also weaker...IMO they are WAY easier to pop then a L67...but I have yet to test that theory since all I've blown up are L67's.
 


You ever looked at one side to side? That tells you right there...the skirts are thinner, piston tops are thinner...I'd be willing to bet it is 20 times weaker than a L67.
