• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

BGPM09 participants?

Yeah well - I won't be doing any burnouts and I won't be climbing on anything this year. The diff is wayyy loose in the goat and I just got tires, lol. As for the climbing - I never climbed anything before, so why would I this year?? :th_lipssealed1:

Aside from the sound competition, where I will actually have to act like an adult - I will be playing many many games of cornhole and just having a good time with some good friends that I haven't been able to see for far too long.

I'm eagar to see some of your humor this year, you never fail at this. We pretty much can't have a Branson meet without you there! :th_laugh-lol3:

BTW, off topic, what kinda work do you have done to that GTO?

thanks man - I'm looking forward to chattin with you as well. As for the Goat - I haven't really done anything except abuse it. I got into a wreck in February and haven't had the $$ to fix it yet. I have a hood and front grills waiting for me at a local club members' house - I need to get a front bumper cover and I need a new headlight, so I'm switching to HID Halo's as soon as I can get the money together, but finding a bumper cover hasn't been easy. I switched out the tails to a set of '06 style (black) and put on Spintech muffs (world of difference better).
I'm leaning more and more towards keeping it, I was going to fix it and sell it. If I do keep it - it's getting cammed and 243 heads put on as well as long tubes. It needs a trans rebuild, so I'll likely have Dave take care of that for me, plus new stall and new gears. Nothing too crazy, but enough ;).

I'm also planning on buying a buddy of mine's 99 GTP coupe - that is, if he ever gets around to buying his wife a new car. It has nothing done to it at all, needs some minor body work - but I won't have to pay much at all for it. I have a laundry list already started on the plans for that car.

Time will tell...

Last year's meet was down by a few people. I think you were right about 2007's, we had well over 40 people attend (if not near 50). And in 2008 we had around 40+ people show up, but given the high cost of gas back then, it was over or around $5 a gallon for 91/93 and now with gas hovering around $2.50 for 91/93 hopefully that will not be as much of a hinderance to some people who have to travel longer distances.

:)

im just ready to be there, i need a damn vacation. Hopefully the gn will be ready in time, if not i have a backup plan

Sorry about the wreck, you should have it taken care of soon enough. I hope you keep it and mod it up, I think you might enjoy it even more than you do now. If you were to sell it, what would you get? Just curious.

Another GTP? Wow, thats cool. I must ask, what kinda plans do you have for it?

If I sold the GTO - I'd probably buy an F-150 SuperCrew 4x4 - that would make the most sense, given my needs.

Well, time and money permitting...low-mid 11's as a daily driver - no spary.

Naw its not gonna flop Chance. We are having a meeting in KC at the end of the month to get all the goodie bags and stuff setup. Chris and Sheryl have been busy with registration starting up. I will try and call him and have him contact you?
