So my girlfriend needs a new car, hopin for some input from youguys on what she should get? Up to 6K I guess but the cheaper the better. Honestly, she kinda sucks at driving lol so I was hoping she'd get a nice SUV like maybe an RX300 or something...but no go haha. She only wants small cars and convertibles :p. Ideas?

ALSO...what's a 1995 musting GT 5.0 like? We just looked at one of those today but I didn't have time for a test drive so what do youguys think? Too much power? Is it a good car? Nothing wrong with it except an exhaust leak and a small tear in the convertible top which I assume will only cost a few hundred to fix.

Mid-90's Fords are :th_thumb-down:. We've got one. Plus, she won't like it in the winter. A girl I work with got a 2008 Mustang GT convertible and drove it about a month in the snow before picking up a second car for winter driving. "Small Car" and "convertible" plus "under $6k" really limits your choices to Cobalts and whipped out Chrysler products. I'd recommend she change here criteria.
Something like a Grand Prix or Regal with sunroof gives the open air feeling with a lot less hassle and should be cheaper to insure to boot.

Why not a GP GT Coupe? Then you both can have a GP? They are cheap and are great commuter cars...and you can get one with a sunroof...that is just what I am going to do when the woman graduates college...she is getting a GTP Coupe with a sunroof...that's all she cares about ;)

ok brain there you go get a clone of my car minus the fancy mods n stuff bUT MAKE IT A DIF COLOR! lol =p
