Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Okay, I was Alltel and the Verizon bought them out. Well about 3 weeks ago when someone would call me and I didn't get to it in time it would say missed call..but when I would go to see who it said "No ID Jan 6th 12pm" Well I noticed it seem to do that only for people who was not in my contact book. Well then I wasent getting ANY txt msg from people unless they was ALLTEL! So I called and told the lady and also said something about the caller ID issue. Well she fixed it...three days later it does the same thing! So I call back and explain it again. They fix it. Well a day later the txt message is worked out fine but now when ANYONE calls even if they are in my contacts and I dont answer it says "NO ID Jan 6th 12pm" Well I call the lady and she said it could be the fact they are changing over from Alltel to Verizon...I let her know that it was just people who wasent in my contacts now its ANYONE. Well she told me to take the battery out and blah blah well it didnt work. She told me to go to the local store and let them do a hard reset on my phone. It will wipe EVERYTHING out and go back to like it was when I bought the phone. Well I went over there and explained it to the guy. He was like well mm..I had 13missed calls in my log keeper he erased it and said it was because the PHONE is not deleting them like they should! BUT I couldn't get another phone cause nothing was wrong! I was like WTF?! So my phone is NOT doing what it needs to do so I have to delete them if I want my phone to work BUT your telling me my phone is working okay?! I dunno..didn't make since to me... Shouldn't I get a new phone?! Its not a BIG deal to delete the numbers but just kinda made me upset that he was all like NO! You cant get a new phone is working...and im like umm..NO ITS NOT! If it was working it would do what it has been doing for 8months and delete them on its own! Anyways! what do you guys think?!

That is weak..

Sometimes I get calls from people I don't know, but the caller ID will show a friend of mine.. its like they cross over the calls at the relay station.. its messed up

Imagine answering the phone expecting it to be your girlfriend... to find out its some dude.. the same thing happens to her.. she gets a call from me.. but its some other guy or girl...

We're up in Canada tho.. so perhaps the cell towers are freezing up again

lol, Ya I have had some crazy stuff happen to my phones before. It just made me mad he was like "Why would we replace your phone its working" and ya...I can call people...they can call me...but my PHONE is not doing what it needs to do so its not working right!

So did this guy do the hard reset?

If he did, and the phone is still not working correctly, they should be replacing your phone. I would go back there and ask to speak to the guy's boss. If he IS the boss then ask for someone higher up you can call.

It usually only takes a complaint to 1 boss before things get done. Be very polite BUT persistent. Do that and you'll likely get what you want.

No! He did nothing but delete my 13 calls and said "You need to keep the calls deleted because the PHONE is not deleting them like it should" And I was like umm..so can I get another phone since mine is not working and he told me my phone was working..LMAO...So I just left with a WTF look...because my phone is not WORKING! or it would be deleting the calls!!!

I was gonna suggest that you do the hard reset yourself, but that clears out all the wireless provider settings, so it will need to be reprogrammed. Maybe you could do it yourself, IDK. It would prob be easier to just go back and tell them specifically to do the reset.
