i am just wondering what people are running in their 4 doors and what mods they have done .
steve miller went 12.08@111 in my 2000 sedan a couple years back. he had a intense stage 3 head and cam package...no IC. he had slicks and was running a gen 3(i dont think it was ported but could be wrong on that). almost no suspension work and before fine tuned custom PCM tuning
most ic'ed xp cam guys would die for those times.
with under 100lb difference between coupe and sedan i hope you were not expecting alot different 1/4mile times. the only bad thing about the sedans is the weight distribution, it is more centered and to the rear then the coupes
im guessing this is due to the rear windows, rear door panels and B-pillar.
Actually, he had a gen V.
FISH is the all knowing/seeing/powerful OZ!!!!!
Actually, he had a gen V.

FIXED
I didnt have a gen v, converter, or ls1 tb for that run. The car was driven 2.5 hours to the track and raced on the same gas it pulled in on, 93 octane.
Straight from Millers mouth when I talked to him on Wednesday.
"The car ran 12.5s with a stock gen 3 and TB. The car ran 12.0s on a gen V and LS1."
I was there when he put the car together.![]()
