Im just not a fan of huge wheels on cars in general. theres a guy done the street with a true 96 ss impala with 26's on it looks retarded and i dont even want to know what his gas milage looks like.

I have seen some cars with tastefull 20's that look good and if your cars a show car go for it but the big rims tear up your suspension and brakes and trannys if they arent designed for that heavy of a rim.

Hell theres a guy at school has 22's on a 06 impala and wonders why his gas mileage is lower then when he first bought it.

Too each there own though i guess

That's just the problem. It's NOT "to each their own" in my eyes. "Looks good" is all too often confused with/means "looks like it fits in with the current trend". People just don't realize it. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, no one could possibly think 20" rims or above looks good on ANY car. I mean, come on. The thing literally looks like a wagon, or carriage that's missing its horses. What people with such cars subconsciously mean to say when they tell you "it's my taste" is that it's the taste of the month for the area they reside in. Basically, more puppets following a temporary trend instead of developing, or allowing their own tastes to come through.

Have never seen any where I live (although I may see a few at the GM Nationals this weekend). When I went down to Nashville, TN 2 months ago, I must of seen about 1/2 dozen...

Even one or two shops with that being what they specialized in...

I'm stayin away from this one. Especially since I'm trying to figure out what this comment means "whatever the fk ***EDITED*** call them. Who's ***EDITED***? Do u mean people that like those size rims? Or a certain type of people?

LMAO ok ill be honest i did see a impala with 32' and a car show it was massive and yes it was impressive but gatty "idk if thats how you even spell it" but it was somewhat tasteful =]

look at it this way, instead of fbody brakes, and pulley swaps and dhp's these guys put big wheels on the cars and candy paint. so we cant hate, its just a different style. id love to build a nice lowrider, 80's cadillac coupe deville...money green paint, 20inch gold 100 spokes, must be the cuban in me
