04 grand prix gtp needs tranny how much is it worth?

The car has 120,000 on it and is fully loaded what can I get a tranny out of?

Anything powered by a L26 from '04-'08.

As long as it isn't out of a Comp G though...

it is a comp g and it has a 3800 series 3 motor will the 97-03 trans work the told me that the differential is bad in the car

No they won't work...that is reason I said no Comp G Because it has the 3.29 gears and paddle shifters...valve body is all sorts of different too...won't work...

Plus the '97 trans is only capable in '97 as the '03 trans is only good for '03 cars...'98-'02 is swappable...
