• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

m90 Rotors

The rotors are already timed
They just need to be marked on the gears before they are disassembled
Use a Scribe to etch them

Then line up the marks you made on reassembly
They are timed

Thank You very much, i did put marks all over. I should reassembly them to test it by the end of the week. I'm looking for the two seals.

ANyone ever try deleting the "v" and making the whole opening square (taking out the silencer slits)like the intake manifold? Then the sc case will match the square intake manifold opening.

that V works with the rotors to actually make boost. if you open it up i would be surprised if you saw 1 pound of boost ever. you would totally destroy the case doing that. just extended the V so it doesnt have those stupid square parts in the cornor, but keep the same angle.

the angle matches the rotors.

just make it look like this, or i could do it for you.

Damn. The rotors I got had a couple small chips in them and I thought that was bad. I can't imagine what those chips did to the engine this blower came off.

I dunno. Any solid material getting into the engine is bad for it and can damage the cylinder walls, valve seats, etc. Hence why we have air filters and not just a screen to stop the big stuff.
