Naperville Area Meets and Cruise Nights?

I'm in the Naperville area and was wondering if any of you hold club meets, events or cruise nights near by. It would be cool to meet some Grand Prix enthusiasts who like to share some thoughts and ideas. ;)

there are a few women that frequent those boards in general (some with fast-ass cars) and meeting up for some stuff and for cruise nights happen all of the time.

Some nights they go out and laugh at the ricers at Strat's Drive-Thru near The Kingery and North Avenue.

Trailer queens are for car shows and tracks. IMO if you're going to show up at a CRUISE night, then you should be driving your car there.

Back to the subject... Is everyone cool with Strats or know of a better location?

I'm not too far from Naperville. Yeah strats is lame now a days, used to go up theere in the maro but everyone wants tons of spots or wanna race for a mortgage payment. Used to be a good spot out by the steak N Shake out in orland park but its been a yr or 2 since I been out that way. Either way I'd be down for a meet in the GTP.
 
I think some guys from chicagogarage are supposed to meet up at Strats tonight. I haven't been to any car meets in awhile so I might swing by there to check it out not sure yet. Don't know how well I'm gonna like it unless there are other Grand Prixs there.

well usually we take the fast cars out and meet up and try to get some racin off in the joliet area, I just sold my camaro a couple days ago so no more of that for me for now, but I figure ill still go out that way in the GTP, I'll see if there are any meets setup for next weekend. I think im the only GP but whatever ther all car ppl thats what counts right?
 
The guys on Rockford Racing set-up meets all the time.
They also have a few parking lots they hang-out throughout the week.
I'm not sure how you feel about heading to Rockford,...
TheChigagoGarage guys hang-out all around the Schaumburg area...
 
I honestly wouldnt recommend RR for anyone who takes things literally......

Chicago meets bring out more cars than a Rockford Meet......
