hid problem?

i put hids in my fog lights they are 12000k i have had them for a month or 2. and one day my driver side turned to white and when i hit bumps it turns back to the blueish purple it was when i first put them in. any idea what it could be.
 


im guessing a bulb or ballast. call the people you bought them from and tell them and see what they can do. they still have warranty right?
 
12000K? holy crap? is it purple or pink?

that heat range is super high. sometimes i think my 6000K arent bright enough..
