I don't know a ton about cars so be simple to me

everytime i hit a bump with my 98 gp it feels like the whole car shakes, there is like 0 give when i hit a bump and i was wondering what this would mean, im planning on getting my hub replaced bc the trac and abs light is always on so i want to get this fix at the same time, thanks

Same. You need new struts and strut plates all around.
 
I'm having the same issue on my 98 with 107K.
Also I'm beginning to hear a low squeak when the car is rolling between 0-5mph? Would the struts/plates take care of that as well?
