1999 blower problem +++

The AC, heater blower works only on high somtimes. When it's in this mode the rear window defroster, auto headlight control, & eng cooling fans will not operate properly, very slow. The head lights work manually. I have replaced the resistor, & blower motor. I even swaped out the fan control switch from a running Pontiac.
Is it a relay, power control, wiring or somthing more ?

Well I did a shade tree repair, that took all of 15 min. If you have had the problems that I had, here is how the fix is done. Make a jumper wire with a 10 amp fuse from the Power Window circuit breaker to the incoming hot side of HVAC CNTRL fuse, [use a 12 volt test light to find it] this will stop the power drop that kicks out one of the power control modules. Now all is working like new, Rear Window Defroster, Eng Cooling Fans, [no more 210 deg engine temps ] Heater Blower all the speeds, AC, & Daytime Runnig Lights !!!!!!!! :th_thumbsup-wink:
This my not be Mr Goodwrench approved but it works, and it cost alot less.
