Seats in Grand Prix GT

I am at a corssroads. I have replaced my factory stereo, done a bit of interior work on my dash (I love it) --- But I dont know what to do with my seats.

I have a 2001 Grand Prix GT, with the stock cloth seats, and would like something that looks a lot nicer than that. Doesnt have to be leather, but something that is much nicer looking. What are my options?

Should I get entirely new seats? Are there "good" car seats that are out there? (Im skeptical to buy expensive car seat covers)

Also, If I replaced my seats, what about the door panel that matched my old seats, where can I get something to replace that?
 


I have seen a few guys switch over to the 04+ seats. They look nice and seem to fit pretty good. Another option is the katzskin leather interior, which is a two tone set up and I believe it includes door panel inserts as well.
 
Yeah, I decided to go with the Katzkin. A bit expensive, but I have a buddy that can do the installation for me (as I really dont want to mess it up), so Ill end up spending like 800 total. Works for me.
 


What color seats? Just curious. Idk whether I should go for a color theme, or stick with like black and gray inserts or something.
 
Some one mentioned switching to the 04+ seats, don't, they are not at all comfortable. I would have your seats reupholstered with a cloth of your choosing that you think looks good.
