My names Mike. I'm a newly converted GM owner. Had some sort of Ford all my life. Just dumped my mustang and was looking for a 4 door DD for my growing family. Picked the grand prix as I have always liked this body style(04+).

I've always been an avid forum user for every car so naturally I signed up for this as soon as I got home from buying my Comp G. After lots of research I almost bought a GT2 and then I got my hands on this car for the same price as the weaker version. I must say thus far the car is phenominal. Performance, handling everything and I got it at a steal. Now I know why so many friends preach GM to me. Anything I should look out for? Known problems? Suggestions?

Welcome to the site bro. I don't know much about the 04+ models. Never even been in one but I do know there is a lot of sites out there for performance stuff if u wanna upgrade. And do urself a favor and talk to the people on this site before doin anything to it. People like bio248, bluegtp91, and iron indian and yes u too jess all have good advice. Talk to them

Thanks for the tip. I'm not looking to mod it, atleast not yet although I'm sure after a few weeks I'll feel the itch. I already found a few good sites though:
