As for raising the tips up, try using large hose clamps around the rubber to pull them up!

thats what it said but apparently the mods didnt like it...

thats a good idea. i didnt think of that. and i actually have a bunch of large hose clamps in the garage for no apparent reason. ...thats not sarcasm i actually do. ill give it a shot.

lol it would if just about every panel on the car except for the trunk had been replaced in the last 3 years... the front bumper, both driver side doors and quarter panel are about 6 months old lol. and the rear bumper is probably a little over 2...
 


thanks guys. well the zip ties broke after the first time i drove it with them on so today i gave in and went and got hose clamps and did it right. so now shes fixed for good!
