What brakes should i go with?

Well basically my rotors and pads are heading out. I Need some good brakes that are going to stop my GTP and look nice on a set of 20's. The reason why i am putting this Thread up is because i have read online where many people dont recommend slotted, cross drilled, or slotted crossed drilled brakes they tell me that many of those brakes will crack and have problems down the road. So what i am looking at is going again with stocks because i dont know what to do. But if some one has a opinion or good information that is going to show me that if i wanted to go with one of the aftermarket brakes i will be able to stop and they are not going to fail on me. So if some one suggest a company or something on ebay were i can get this brakes for my GTP. Please help because i will be needing them soon and would like the looks of the slotted drilled brakes but the safety of the stock brakes thanks.

I sell either slotted OR drilled and slotted. I have always had drilled and slotted on all of my cars without any issues.

All of my rotors have a lifetime warranty. So you don't have to worry about anything. There has never been a single issue with any of the brakes we have ever sold. I also have the cheapest prices around. If you're looking for something more I have F-body brake upgrade kit's that offer a dual piston caliper over our stock single piston calipers along with 12'' rotors over our stock 11'' rotors. The difference is amazing.

Check out my ebay link at the bottom of my sig for pricing. The rotors also come with a black or silver zinc coating free of charge to prevent rust.

Let me know if you need anything. Shoot me an email at [email protected] if you would like to buy anything or have any more questions.

I'd perfer it if you bought everything directly from me that way it would cut down on some of the very high fees that ebay offers to all of it's customers. lol.

hmm I am also thinking of replacing my currently warped unturnable rotors with drilled slotted's. TDC what does your lifetime warranty against warping entail? For instance, how would i go about getting them replaced for free if they were to get warped? Also, do I need to buy any special kind of brake pad for drilled slotted rotors, or will the typical ceramic brake pad do?

show me some pics of the Brakes and i am pretty sure ill buy and to do the upgrade about how much work is it to replace because i know how to replace stock its really easy now for upgrading the brakes it must be a little harder or is it not??

The lifetime warranty covers anything that might go wrong with the rotor. If it warps, cracks, wears unevenly ect ect. Anything that is not suppose to happen to the rotors is covered.

You would just send them back to us and we'll send you back a brand new set. But again we have never had any problems with our rotors doing any of the above. It's just peice of mind that we give you,The customer.

I'd recomend a semi metalic pad. It's what I have always used on everything I have ever own. And i've seen nothing but good results.

If you need any thing else or have any other questions be sure to let me know.

If they end up warping...what kind of braking are you doing? 150-0 in 12 seconds? :p

Unfortunatly some of the rotors warp very easy for some reason. Such as driving through a flooded area right after you just made a 150-0 MPH stop. It cools the rotors to fast and causes them to warp because they are cooled by such a great amount in just a matter of seconds.

The upgrade to drilled and slotted rotors? Not hard at all. It's the same as replacing the stock brakes.

Here are some pics. Also if you have any other questions be sure to ask. I'd be glad to help.
