Wheel studs.How hard is it to...

I had two wheel studs brake on me @ the track.
Has anybody replaced this before?
Do u need special tools?
 


Its not too bad and no you dont really need special tools i advise you get the shorter ones at autozone they make it alot easier and they arent enough shorter to be a prob just enough shorter to make the install alot easioer. You will prob need a grinder of somesort a hammer and all the usual tools to take your wheel off. idr if i took the whole break assembly off to do it or not im thinkin i may have.
 
It would be nice to be able to take them to a machine shop and have them pressed in and out. That's the right way to do it.

:th_laugh-pointup: You take you're wheel off with a grinder and a hammer? What else do you use? Ever try a jack,jack stands and a lug wrench? :th_laugh-lol3:
