O2 spoof

I was reading on the OQCGP.com upgrades website and was looking at the O2 spoof. Now I was going to loot at the resistors at the local Radio Shack and noticed there was Resistor Watt specifications and I am not sure what to use on my O2 sensor. There are the 1/8, 1/4, 3/4 and 1 watt. Anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone have an answer? I have deleted my Cat and man I like it. Still Need to fix the O2 sensor.
