So we all love guns right??? I figured Id make a thread where all the awesomeness can be contained and discussed. PER USUAL RULES dont sell your weapons here... Just show them off and discuss them.

Ill do mine first.

Sig Sauer Spartan II 1911 Chambered in the only caliber the 1911 should come in, .45ACP.

I have a small collection, which I plan on adding to:

1) .357 Magnum, 686-4, 2 1/2 barrel, wood grip
2) .357 Magnum, 66-5, 2 1/2 barrel, rubber grip
3) .40 RUGER PT 94
4) Taurus PT 22 gold/black w/cherry grip
5) Taurus PT 92 AFS 9mm w/laser sight
6) Winchester model 190 .22lr
7) Philadelphia Derringer CVA kit .40

All guns I have, and will ever have are "pre-lock"!

no pistols for me yet,
but have a little collection so far
daniel defense ar in 5.56, gas piston, quad rail etc
.50 beuwolf ar upper
.45 acp upper
.50 bmg zel customs ar setup
remington .50 cal black powder rifle
mossberg 500 12ga
bennelli semi auto montefeltro
ar-10 in .308 cmmg lower
probably a few more I"m forgetting about

Nice try ATF. I don't own ANY firearms.

But if I did, this is what I would have:
Classic stainless Colt Python with 8" barrel in .357 mag.
Ruger SR1911 Commander in .45 aarp
Glock 27 in .40 S&W
Kahr CW380 in .380 (duh)
Ruger bearcat in .22 LR

The Colt and Ruger are nice BBQ guns and a blast to shoot, however the ammo is kinda pricey for just plinking. The Glock is a good EDC, but a little too bulky for my size. Also pretty punishing to shoot for more than a couple mags. The Kahr is a great pocket carry even in hotter weather with light clothing. The .380 won't stop a raging meth head, but it's nice piece of mind while you're out running errands in the ghetto. I buy car parts in the sketchy part of town from time to time. The bearcat is probably the most fun and economical to shoot. Perfect for first timers too. Very un-intimidating. I will keep this gun forever just for this reason.

I mean, I would own a bearcat forever for that reason. If I owned guns. You know....

I have the full 5" government for my 1911....

I have a personal deep dislike for all things .380 lol

I have a few guns in addition to my 1911..

I have a Remington WoodsMaster 760 30-06
Remington 870 Wingmaster 12 Ga
Stevens Arms O/U 4-10/.22
Marlin Lever Action 30-30
Ruger EC9s 9mm (mostly for the wife)

Im literally days away from pulling the trigger(PUN) on a .450 Bushmaster and an AR in 5.56

I don't have any firearms either, unfortunately.
But IF i did, i'd love to start by getting these
Kimber 9MM Wood Grip silver color
Old pump action 20 gauge shotgun
Taurus 45 pistol
The Taurus shoots very nice, but i wouldn't know that because i don't have any guns, guns kill people, vote beto'o'rouke, take the guns away! :th_winking:

I would only have what I can tote should needs arise. And of course any inherited "inop" antiques like a Winchester 1890 (pump ,22) and Iver Johnson ,410 single. Ahem Polytech M14S, Interarms Firestar M45 cough.

Forgot about the New England single 12 ga that I would have for hallway work with bird shot. And to mention no bayonet lug on the hypothetical .308. Battle rifles with wood look coolest.

UH OH... What did my foolish ass do this time.....

Something like an M&P Bodyguard would be a comfy carry in the summer. Considering what the need would be, .380 should do the trick.

Oh right.. Brandon said he likes the Kahr. Oops, I mentioned the wrong brand didn't I?

My mom actually had a BG .380.... I HATED that gun. Too small and I personally feel that the caliber is much too small for a grown man to carry lol.

Hey now, I'm not a gun snob. I like all guns. Kahr, Ruger, Sig, M&P. Even the Hi-point has its place. I just happen to like the ones with stainless slides. They're classy. :th_winking:

If it's a choice between .380 and a pocket knife, I'll take the .380!
