Reassembling, heads torqued to 90 ftlbs and Lim bolts to 16 ftlbs and rockers at 26ftlbs.

i dont see rtv dabs in the lim corners. sure hope you did that after the fact. looks all clean :th_thumbsup-wink:
They are there I just cleaned up the excess. Thanks it's pretty dirty but I didn't want to put a bunch of time into making it pretty without knowing for sure that all the issues were resolved
 
It took forever to get the exhaust lined up but exhaust is done and uim on.

i forgot to tighten the 4 water pump pulley bolts on a new install, now that made a nice rattle and knock sound, scared the hell out of me.

sounds much better with tight tc bolts lol
 
Nice! Glad it's running again! Yeah. I was told to use blue loctite on those for that very reason. The actual flywheel bolts are also prone to do this and are actually listed by gm as a tty bolt. I used the arp ones with loctite and haven't had any issues.
 
I used red loctite I don't plan on taking it apart again, but then again I didn't plan on taking anything apart again lol
