• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Will not start after replcacing fuel rail and injectors

Yes I have unfortunately i havent been able to have anyone crank it while I spray

take the intake off, then open the tb and spray right in there for like 5 seconds, then go crank it. if it fires right up and run for like 5 seconds or so your not getting fuel.

Also, check to see if the connector on the front going to the crankshaft/camshaft sensors is plugged in all the way. I've had that happen. It's right by the evap solenoid (at least on n/a).

Thanks scotty. Yeah, the plug is by the fuel pressure regulator on your application and runs down to the crank sensor/cam sensor/front knock sensor.

But yes, check all your vacuum lines. It still should start even with a big vacuum leak, but might as well check the routing.

okay so the t fitting before the map sensor is snapped off im pretty sure could that be why?

Hm. Definitely could be a factor. It would take a pretty large vacuum leak to cause a no-start, but I'd start with repairing that.

T at the map? you mean under the snout? that t branches off to the map.

if you got the old hard lines still replace them, if you got a advance auto near by pop in there, they got a wall of nothing buy vac t's y's you name it.

they have a two pack of two small white T's, then new vac line is about a buck a foot, get like 5 foot you'll have extra. open the t pack, get a line that fits on it snug.

Yes under the snout and yea it probably needs some new likes bad what size do I get tho

they are tiny. like i said, pop the package open, tell they guy you want line that fits the T. you'll need to at least spit on the line for under the snout and work that one on, its a fat tube on the lim, but it will fit.

you get two, you need em both, cut a inch or so of line off to put on the snout and fpr, then put the T in that line, then run the new lines.

Okay will do

FWIW, these engines will start and run with a monster leak like a vacuum booster being unhooked. Experience talking here. lol
